PROPERTY SERVICES
Lerner-Heidenberg is a "hands-on" owner. The company self-manages and leases the majority of its retail portfolio and believes that by doing so it achieves optimal value. This optimal value approach allows us to keep operating expenses low and pass along the savings to tenants through lower occupancy costs. We rely on a leasing and management team with many years of experience, and our centers enjoy high occupancy rates and attract a variety of national, regional and local retailers.
